SHIPPING & RETURNS
We offer a 30 day return on un-used items excluding ingredients. If you have a return please email us at email@example.com with your order number, name, explanation of issue or reason for return and provide any pictures if applicable. We will promptly get back with you with further instructions.
We offer a full refund on un-used returns minus a 15% re-stocking fee. Customer will be responsible for return shipping.
We also offer a store credit for the full purchase amount if you would prefer.
We do not accept discontinued Items as a return.
We will gladly replace yeast if it's not viable but will not replace a beer recipe if it doesn't ferment.
What items can be returned?
We will accept all unused non-perishable items back within 30 days of purchase.
If you need to cancel your order please e-mail us immediately.
If an order has not shipped by the time we make contact, we can cancel the order and issue a full refund. If your order has already shipped we cannot recall it. It will be delivered and handled as a Order Return as outlined in our Return Policy.
The shipping rates you get quoted on checkout are pulled straight from the carrier. They factor in dimensions and weight of the shopping cart and their API produces the rate live.
We ship most orders USPS with transit times being around 2 - 5 business days depending on where we’re delivering.
We ship from just North of Charlotte, NC so orders in the Northwest can expect longer lead times.
We recommend purchasing an ice pack for shipping all liquid yeast.
