I always love having this on tap.
Its an easy-drinking beer often with subtle flavors. Slightly malty in the balance sometimes with an initial soft toffee/caramel sweetness, a slightly grainy-biscuity palate, and a touch of roasted dryness in the finish.
 
I always think of a Killian's Red or a Murphys Irish Red.
 
The Kit includes:
Golden Light Dry Malt Extract
Caramel 10L
White Wheat Malt
Roasted Barley
East Kent Goldings Pellet Hops
1 Muslin Bag, 5oz of priming sugar, 1 Whirlfloc Tablet
 
The kit doesn't come with yeast so that you can pick what you like. But if you are not sure, below are our recommendations:
